* This is a joint Christmas Carol Service. Choir practice at 2.30pm, all welcome!

 

St. George’s Christingle Service with the Lighting Ceremony of St. George’s Tree of Light
Sunday 22 December 2019, 6.00pm @ Parish Church
* The Christingle Service with more than 1000 candles.
* St. George’s Tree of Light will be lit in the Garden of Remembrance.
* Fr. Taemin’s Mulled Wine and seasonal refreshments will be served after the service.

Family Crib Service with Carols
Tuesday 24 December 2019, 4.00pm @ Parish Church
* This service is not only for the children, but also for the grown-ups.
* During the service, the Crib will be blessed.

Christmas Vigil Mass

* This is the last service before Christmas.
* For those who cannot come to the Christmas Midnight Mass.

Christmas Day Mass

* Please, note that there is no Mass at 8am on Christmas Day.

EN3 Community Carols
Sunday 8 December at 4.00pm 

This is a joint Christmas Carol Service.

 

Churches in EN3 area (mainly churches in Enfield Lock, Enfield Wash and Freezywater) are gathered together for this Community Carols.

This year, Totteridge Road Baptist Church is going to be a hosting church, 

This is a wonderful opportunity for us to get together, and share our joy, the Birth of our Saviour together. We will have lessons and many carols, both old and new. Also, there will be an opportunity for you to sing in our Community Choir as well as playing your musical instruments!

After the service, tea and coffee and seasonal refreshments will be served in the Hall.

All welcome to this wonderful occasion!

Community Choir Rehearsal

There will be a rehearsal at 2.30pm in the TR Baptist Church.

This is for all the members of choir/music group from each church.

Musicians, who can play any musical instruments are also welcome.

Christingle Service at St. George's
Sunday 22 December at 6.00pm 

 

St. George's Christingle Service is on Sunday 22 December 2019, beginning at 6.00pm! 

As this is one of the most famous services of the year, the church is usually completely packed. So, we strongly advise you to come early.

1000 tea lights in the church, lovely smell of mulled wine, children with flashing Santa's hats, lovely Christmas Trees and our famous Tree of Light in the Garden of Remembrance... You will enjoy the perfect beginning of Christmastide at St. George's. Please, bring your friends and neighbour with you.

* LIGHTING CEREMONY - THE TREE OF LIGHT

St. George's Tree of Light and Flashing Santa's Hats have been donated by generous donors this year. Thank you.

At the end of our Christingle Service, we will go out to the Garden of Remembrance to light St. George's Tree of Light. We do 'count down' and sing a carol, After the Lighting Ceremony, Fr. Taemin's mulled wine and Miss Hart's mulled cider will be served in the church!

Family Carol Singers' Practise

If you or your child love singing carols, please come to the church and join us in Family Carol Singers. Previously, we formed a small group of family carol singers, children and parents, young and old, good and bad, all mixed up. We sit in the sanctuary area, enjoy singing carols.

Even if you have no child, if you are happy to sing carols with children, you are welcome too!

Family Crib Service is, again, one of our famous services of the year!

During the service, we will sing beautiful carols and will build our Nativity Crib together. The Crib, once built by all of us, will be blessed by one of our clergy, and the service takes about 45 minutes.

Although this is mainly for children, grown ups are welcome too. And in fact, it is adults who enjoy this service most!

Please, bring your family and friends with you and be a part of this beautiful story of baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
